Philippe Coutinho Could Return To Liverpool This Summer
Coutinho’s dream move started out positively but he has drop down his playing style and form in La Liga and is now open to the club that he wants to leave for the sake of his football career.
Many top clubs in Europe, including Manchester United, and have been linked with a move for the Brazilian in recent months.
Coutinho, was booed by the Liverpool fans in the Champions League last season, he also made it clear he would not join Manchester United because of the respect he have for Liverpool.
Liverpool Chairman recent comment on Coutinho‘s future if he would return or not, he added, “I have only good things to say about Philippe. But I think he left Liverpool because he wanted to play for big Spanish clubs.
“I would just point to the story of Philippe Coutinho,” Werner told the Liverpool board.
“We tried to convince him to stay that we had the club moving in the right direction and that he could experience big Champions League occasions by staying at Liverpool. I think he probably regrets his decision.”
